I'M SIERRA!
"Home" is a lot of places for me. I grew up along the Mississippi River in South Minneapolis, went to college in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, and lived in my mother's small hometown in Thailand for a year. Now, I'm now finding my own community in Seattle. For all my life, I have had the privilege to travel and a passion for storytelling. Trot With Thought is the product of both these things. Trot With Thought is about telling the truths about my own travel experiences while actively being mindful of the cultures, people, and places that I interact with. I believe it's possible to write about travel responsibly and respectfully, and this blog is my attempt to do so.
